Convertify+ ("App") takes user privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected when using the App.

2.1 File Conversion Data

Your files stay on your device. Conversions happen entirely locally. The contents of the files you convert are never sent to our servers.

2.2 Subscription Information

When you purchase a subscription, the following info is collected:

• Apple ID account information
• Purchase date and duration
• Subscription plan type (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly)
• Payment status

This information is handled by Apple. Convertify+ does not have direct access to your payment details.

2.3 Device Information

To ensure the app functions properly, the following information may be collected:

• Device model and OS version
• App version
• App crash or error logs

2.4 Usage Data

Anonymous data about how you use the App may be collected:

• Which features you use
• Conversion success rates
• Navigation patterns within the app

This data is completely anonymous and non-personally identifiable.

3. Data Storage

Convertify+ follows these data storage practices:

3.1 Your Files

The files you convert are stored only on your device. No file backups are kept on our servers.

3.2 Subscription Data

Subscription information is handled by Apple and is subject to Apple's data storage policy.

3.3 Log Data

Error and crash logs may be temporarily stored to diagnose issues and are regularly deleted.

4. Third-Party Services

Convertify+ uses the following third-party services:

4.1 Apple StoreKit

Subscription and purchase processing is done via Apple StoreKit. Apple's Privacy Policy applies.

4.2 Other Services

Convertify+ does not use other third-party services. File conversions happen entirely on your device.

5. Analytics

Convertify+ collects basic analytics data to improve app performance. This data:

• Is completely anonymous and non-personally identifiable
• Includes general statistics about conversion success rates and error types
• Never includes file contents or personal information

6. Children's Privacy

Convertify+ is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13. If we learn we have collected info from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

7. Data Security

Convertify+ takes the following security measures:

• All file conversions happen locally on your device
• Files are never transmitted unencrypted
• The App utilizes iOS-provided security mechanisms

However, no security system is completely secure. You bear some responsibility when using the App.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

Convertify+ may change this Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be notified within the app. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the App.

9. Right to Data Deletion

You can delete your data in the following cases:

• Deleting the app removes all local data on your device
• Canceling a subscription is managed by Apple
• Contact us to request deletion of personal information

10. International Data Transfers

As Convertify+ never sends files to our servers, no international data transfers occur. All processing is local to your device.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
