1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Convertify+ application ("App"), you agree to the entirety of these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Convertify+ is an iOS application that provides users with a platform to convert various file formats. The service includes:

• Image file conversions (JPG, PNG, HEIC, WEBP, BMP, TIFF)
• Document file conversions (PDF, DOCX, TXT, RTF)
• Video file conversions (MP4 and other formats)
• OCR (Optical Character Recognition) services
• PDF editing tools (merge, split, compress)
• Batch file processing (Pro plan)

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Convertify+ offers the following subscription plans:

• Weekly Plan: $2.99/week
• Monthly Plan: $7.99/month
• Yearly Plan: $34.99/year

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Upon purchasing a subscription, the cost will be automatically charged to the payment method linked to your Apple ID account.

3.3 Free Trial

The app offers 2 free conversions. After that, you must purchase a subscription to continue using the services.

3.4 Auto-Renewal

Your selected subscription plan automatically renews until you cancel it. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will renew automatically.

3.5 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations can be managed through your Apple ID settings. Upon cancellation, you will still have access to the services until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• You will only use the App for lawful purposes.
• You will not convert files that violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• You will not abuse the App to cause harm to others.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App.
• You will not use the App for resale or commercial purposes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Convertify+ application and all its content (software, design, text, graphics) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The App is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Convertify+ app is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

Convertify+ may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced within the app. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App.

8. Termination of Service

Convertify+ reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who violate these Terms without any prior warning. In the event of account termination, remaining subscription fees will not be refunded.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please read our privacy policy carefully.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Turkey.

12. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Convertify+ regarding your use of the App, superseding any prior agreements and discussions.
